1932 Ford Deuce 0032 Roadster - Chip Foose

America's Most Beautiful Rpadster, 1996 and 2000 Based on a design by noted customizer Chip Foose, this sleek roadster was a two-time winner of the Oakland Roadster Show's "America's Most Beautiful Roadster (AMBR) trophy. Foose conceived the car in 1989 while a student at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and completed it in 1995 while working for Boyd Coddington. Known as the "Boydster" in its first incarnation, it was originally painted red and shown without fenders for an aggressive appearance. It won acclaim for its design, craftmanship, and execution and took top honors at the Oakland Roadster Show in 1996. After being painted yellow by a subsequent owner, the roadster was eventually returned to Foose, who transformed it into Deuce 0032 by reworking the body, adding fenders, and painting it black. So well done were the modifications, that it received its second AMBR trophy in January, 2000.
